Chris at Woodbury Auto provided excellent service and showed empathy for our situation. During our trip to Vermont from PA, I was part of a minor collision which broke my tail light and caused a loose bumper. The owner of the other vehicle involved and our friends from Vermont recommended contacting Woodbury Auto. They not only quickly ordered the replacement light, they installed it the next day. They also secured the bumper. Chris completed the work so we would be able to travel home to PA safely without worry. Thank you, Chris and Woodbury Auto for your kindness and excellent service!

Brought my car in to Preston's Kia for a routine service. I asked about the body shop fixing a separated, corner panel bumper not expecting it to be done Chris, the body shop manager of Woodbury auto, Took his lunch, break and fixed the bumper situation for me With no appointment. The very idea that Chris was willing to go above and beyond to make sure that my car looked brand new on his own time speaks volumes, to the kind of Customer Service that Woodbury auto provides. I know where I will be going if I should have any body or cosmetic issues with any of my vehicle vehicles in the future! Thank you, Chris

Where to begin… I was in an accident in the first week of May and my car was towed to Woodbury Auto, a preferred collision center with my insurance, with extensive front-end damage. I did receive a rental as part of what my insurance policy covers. Woodbury Auto remained in contact with me through the unfortunate waiting period they and I had to endure due to back orders on parts and current jobs the service department was trying their best to get through in a thorough but timely fashion. Nearly a month after the accident I contacted Woodbury Auto to let them know my insurance only covers 30 days for a rental and that we were approaching that time within a three- or four-day window. Thankfully the manager, Chris, reached out to the General Manager and found a way to provide me with a vehicle at no cost until my car was completed, a true blessing. Another point I would like to highlight is that everyone I spoke with, the multiple times I called with questions, concerns and updates, was not only friendly and accommodating but also in the know with whom I was and had an answer or knew how to find an answer for all I needed. Bought a car that had a crinkle in the door from when I bought it. Woodbury did me a huge solid many moons ago when I was 17 and the victim of a hit-and-run, and had repaired another car of mine when I was the victim of another crash, so I didn't think twice about bringing this car to them. I was told it would take about 3 days, maybe 4 with the paint shop being backed up - at the 5 day mark, I called to inquire on the status, and was told it would take longer than expected. All in all, it took them 9 days to complete a repair that was quoted as 3, and all the while I was driving a borrowed car and overstaying my welcome with it. In an effort to make things right, they offered to give me a discount on the price that I had been quoted for the job, but I said I'd rather have them replace a badge that was missing some letters, which they happily obliged. They ordered the replacement right away and took care of it in a matter of about 5mins. As for the original repair, it looked fabulous, and unless you search for it, you'd never know where the damage was. All things considered, they have excellent workmanship and subpar schedule management, but made a strong effort to make things righ
